Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics “Being Anpas” was approved by the National Council on June 19, 2016, and deepened by the Conference of Regional Presidents and National Executive Board on July 2/3.
Thanks to a participatory process that involved volunteers indicated by regional committees in defining the documents, Anpas realized one of the goals of the 52nd National Congress of Public Assistance (November 2014).
The goal of this work is not to build an inspection mechanism of the Associations by Anpas or the Regional Committees, but to share a tool to better represent the difference and value of “Being Anpas,” to improve quality and grow public assistance itself.
In fact, the goal is to ensure responsible behavior and procedures at different levels aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of voluntary action.
Anpas is one of the first national volunteer associations to have its own Code of Ethics after the reform was approved, a first step to better represent the added value of being an Anpas volunteer.
