Training

Anpas Emilia Romagna Regional Training Center

The cornerstones of the training provided every day to volunteers and employees who are preparing to become operational, as well as to the citizens for whom the First Aid courses for the Population are intended, are:

KNOWLEDGE, i.e., the ability to convey and acquire knowledge and techniques useful for carrying out volunteer activities;

KNOW-HOW, which is the ability to impart and learn practical skills, exercised in order to perform activities effectively and professionally;

KNOWING HOW TO BE, which is the ability to learn how to make others understand and to understand the context, paying attention to the well-being of those carrying out the activity and those being rescued.

Knowing in order to grow

In addition to training its volunteers through courses required by law, ANPAS also provides training for citizens: an essential service for people’s safety, health, and quality of life.
The Association organizes and runs courses in schools, student internships at the Association’s headquarters, and courses for companies on health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Obviously, volunteers, trainers, and all members of the Anpas “family” and the various public assistance organizations throughout the territory are required to attend the necessary refresher courses to ensure the best possible service.
