It is also possible to carry out Universal Civil Service at ANPAS Emilia-Romagna, dedicating a year of your life to a commitment to solidarity.
It is the implementation of constitutional principles of civil defense through the commitment of young people.
The Universal Civil Service guarantees young people a strong educational and training experience. It is an important and often unique opportunity for personal growth, an opportunity for education in active citizenship, and a valuable tool for helping the most vulnerable members of society, contributing to the social, cultural, and economic development of our country.
Those who choose to commit to twelve months of Universal Civil Service choose to add a valuable experience to their knowledge base, which can be used throughout their working life, when it does not even become a job opportunity, while at the same time ensuring a minimum level of financial independence.

An important opportunity for young people aged between 18 and 29 who are members of Anpas Emilia-Romagna associations. This is also an opportunity for young people with low levels of education, i.e. those with no qualifications beyond lower secondary school, for whom Anpas Emilia-Romagna has reserved 104 places.
The service lasts for 12 months. Civil service volunteers are entitled to a monthly allowance of €507.30 for a weekly commitment of 25 hours. Applications must be submitted exclusively on the online platform of the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service: https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it by 2:00 p.m. on February 15, 2024.
Access to the Domanda On Line platform for Italian citizens residing in Italy or abroad must be exclusively via SPID, the Public Digital Identity System.
